Hey, Travis Lang

My mission is simple: HELP wrestlers reach their full potential- ON AND OFF THE MAT! As a lifelong competitor and coach,

I understands that wrestling builds more than just strength and skill: it forges discipline, resilience, and character that carry far beyond competition.

Through life coaching, mentorship, and mindset training, I work with wrestlers to develop confidence, leadership, and purpose.

My approach goes beyond wins and losses, helping athletes navigate pressure, adversity, and transitions- whether that's moving to the next level, finishing their career, or finding direction after the sport.

At the core of this work is a belief that wrestling is a proving ground for life.

The lessons learned through hard training, accountability, and perseverance can shape who an athlete becomes long after the final whistle.

Travis Lang was one of the toughest athletes I have ever had the privilege of coaching. While I was fortunate to coach him, I also had the opportunity to watch him compete in high school, where he defeated some of the best wrestlers in Minnesota history. His competitiveness and determination set him apart early on and continued to define his career.

One of my fondest memories of Lang during his college career was the kind of teammate he was. He was always willing to help others on the team, stepping in wherever he was needed. He was an athlete the coaching staff could rely on, not only for his performance but also for his leadership and character. Being in the presence of Travis Lang made everyone around him better, both as athletes and as people.

Travis was my teammate in HS. That later became a brother. Always treated me like one as well as his family. We always had each other back. Fast forward through our college years we both end up back in Bismarck together. He was Coaching back at our HS which therefore opened the door to me joining him.  The guy doesn’t know how to slow down. He’s always been a driven individual.
